What to include
- The link to the listing you are reporting.
- Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
- Your name, your role and a way to reach you.
- A statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
What happens next
We review each notice and remove or correct listings where the claim is valid. We may contact you for more information if the notice is unclear.
Counter-notices
If you believe a listing was removed by mistake, you can reply with the link to the listing, an explanation of why you believe it is lawful and your contact details. We will review it and respond.
Repeat infringement
We remove listings that repeatedly infringe the rights of others and may refuse to list apps from sources that do so.
