Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all deposits, membership subscriptions, course purchases, and physical merchandise sold on RG.

1. Unused Wallet Deposits

If a user mistakenly deposits funds and has not used them for purchases or subscriptions, they may request a refund back to the original funding account within 7 days of deposit.

2. Physical Hardware Orders

Defective or damaged gaming peripherals can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of tracked delivery upon proof of defect.
